Reserve your appointment
Choose Book Notary Service Appointment, pick a time that works, and confirm your location in Georgia. Have valid photo ID ready and bring unsigned documents unless you are instructed otherwise.

No. Georgia notaries are not attorneys and cannot provide legal advice, explain documents, or tell you which type of notarization you need.
Yes. All documents must be fully completed before notarization, except for the signature itself. Notaries cannot help fill out or alter documents.
No. Georgia law requires that the signer personally appear before the notary and sign the document in the notary’s presence.
You must bring:
- A valid, government-issued photo ID (such as a driver’s license or passport)
- The complete document (unsigned—signing must occur in front of the notary)
- All parties who are required to sign
